Innovative Technology Center has been established by Dr. Cem Dener in Ankara in 1998 to provide management consultancy and training services for the development of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) applications to support good governance and effective management of resources in public / private sector, along the path to a modern, democratic and secular information society in Turkey.

The management consultancy, technology architecture development and project coordination services provided during the implementation of the public expenditure management system (say2000i) for the Ministry of Finance is the first important contribution of the ITC (1998-2002). Support provided to the Bilkent University and the ICT companies located at CyberPark for capacity building and project preparation to facilitate participation in EU programs and obtaining research funding (3DTV) has been the main activity during 2002-2004, together with the contributions to international business and new market development efforts to promote the top quality ICT expertise of the group in the region. Advisory support and program management services provided for the design and implementation of Financial Management Information Systems (FMIS), as well as the coordination of communities of practice and e-Government initiatives in various regions of the World Bank have been the focus of activities since mid 2004.

ITC has not been involved in any commercial activity since August 2004. Only limited user support services have been provided to former customers, based on the past commitments free of charge, until the closure of legal entity by the end of 2005. The contents of this web site presents the previously completed activities of Dr. Dener within ITC domain, as well as his personal views and interests.
